TOPIC: [SOLVED] bug in 2.8.2?, detail article link doesnt work

Hi all,

tomorrow i upgraded from DT Register 2.8.1 to DT Register 2.8.2 on my
development server at my office. After doing this, it was not possible for me to set the event detail link for any (new and old) event any more! -either from backend but also from frontend event management. After choosing the category for the detail article, the drop down list for the detail article disappears and in the table element beside the category filter is displayed something like this:

Can anyone already confirm this bug in version 2.8.2?
Sorry, can't update on our new homepage and make a ticket from it, since

I am seeing it to... I updated a support ticket to include this.

Yikes! This is a problem. I know it will get fixed quickly, since it prevents us from creating new events if we choose to use event details pages (and I do!).

There was some debug code and a "work in progress" item that was left there in the event setup mistakenly. The package has been updated to 2.8.2a with this fix. You can download again from My Orders and find the updated version inside. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!

The work in progress item (that is now completed by the way) is a change to the joomla articles and categories that show in the dropdown. in both frontend and backend event management now, you will only see Joomla categories and articles that you have access to based on the ACL setup for them.
