TOPIC: Activate component

Hello,
I bought the license for a site.

I all set for the paypal payment system, insert the e-mail account.
When I register by following the steps, I can well to Paypal payment page.
However, yesterday a customer told me that he was unable to register via the Internet.
Will I forget something?
Should enable the component?

You do not have to activate anything. Are you saying that you were able to make a payment and complete registration but your user could not? You didn't actually provide any real information here so I don't know anything further. Get some information together. We may need to proceed in a ticket.
