TOPIC: send mail to registered from frontend

is it possible to send mail to registered of an event from frontend ( the manager should do that without gointg in the back)

No, that feature is backend only at this time.

Seems like an obvious one to me.

From a "what should a front end admin be able to do" perspective then seeing the registered people and then sending them an email, would be far more useful than being able to edit an existing event.
