In version 2.8.0a, and I have this problem occuring when trying to upload an event image.

Upload first fails to show image in the Event Management form (General tab). On saving I get the error

"Fatal error: Call to a member function setLayout() on a non-object in [...]administrator\components\com_dtregister\lib\dtcontroller.php on line 128"
