I have events that show on the front end the correct amount due. They even send an e-mail to the person who registered.
But when I look on the back-end records listings, all the amounts are showing $0.00 and the payment types are Free even though the person clicked on pay later- mail in payment.
I am sure I am missing a setting. Just not sure which one.
This is happening to me also. The email to the person registering as well as the Admin email both show the event to be "free" with nothing paid and nothing due.
What is really puzzling is this is happening only with one instructor of many.
