TOPIC: Converge Plugin Failing

Hi Nathan .... my test site and client site are failing when using converge plugin for payments. The screen usually goes right to a screen with EVENT REGISTRATION: PAYMENT (TRY AGAIN) button.

If TRY AGAIN is clicked, you get the Payment Information screen ... but when filled, again shows the EVENT REGISTRATION: PAYMENT (TRY AGAIN) button.

This is happening with a live converge account or a test converge account.

Can you please assist as soon as possible? Thank you!

Still no reply on this one? Have you tried to reproduce on your site? It's easy to reproduce on my test site. I've signed up for a ELAVON demo account and it still happens. Using another payment gateway (like paypal) all works fine.

Can you please respond to my ticket and/or this topic? or at least provide an ETA for resolution?
