TOPIC: [SOLVED] Name not added to Mailchimp

I appear to be missing something and I have compared my set up to another that is working.

Joomla 3.4.8
DT register 3.1.6h
DT Register MailChimp Subscriber 3.0

I have (at least I think I have followed) readme and this video www.dthdevelopment.com/index.php?option=...&id=15917&Itemid=141

List - Healthy Relationships Iowa
Group - Workshop
"Sub Group" - Registrant

Created API Key

DT Register plugin

Entered API Key
Optional Subscription
Used List name - Healthy Relationships Iowa
Used Group - Workshop
Used subgroup - Registrant

From front of website Newsletter box is prechecked healthyrelationshipsiowa.org/register-si...k=individualRegister

History of API Calls seem to show success (Under result column green checkmark not showing with copy/paste)

Turned on error reporting to development - no errors show.

Any thoughts about what I may be missing?

I changed optional to forced just to see if that would happen to work - it does.

As soon as I change back to optional it doesn't.

I'm guessing Mailchimp (or Joomla, or ...)may have changed something that is no longer compatible with optional as I have another site that optional did work on at one point. I checked the other location and it looks like it may not be working there anymore.
