[SOLVED] MailChimp DTRegister Fatal error: Class JParameter 11 years 2 months ago #21882

I've have DTRegister for Mailchimp installed on a Joomla 2.5.14 website. I have the plugin setup with the Mailchimp API and group but when you register, after you fill out the fields and before you get to the confirmation the following error appears:

Fatal error: Class 'JParameter' not found in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/plugins/dtregister/dtregister_mailchimp/dtregister_mailchimp.php on line 26

I tested on other Joomla 2.5.14 sites and get the same error.
Can you please help me troubleshoot this> Thank you.
