TOPIC: Question regarding Jevents

I was just about to purchase DT Register and because I saw that JEvents is required. I went and purchased JEvents and see that it has their Attend JEvents module for download. Can you please explain to me the differences between DTregister and the Attend jEvents addon? I just spent $96 for jEvents and before I spend another $70 I need to know why I should get DT Register. Or do I need all the plugins for JEvents as well as DT Register?

Sorry that you spent money on JEvents. That was not necessary. All you need is the FREE component. Their new registration extension is very new and very simple. DT Register is not anything like it. What they did is take an old Joomla 1.0 registration component and updated it to 1.5 basically. There is NOTHING that comes close to the functionality and options that DT Register offers. Plus, DT Register is much more of a stable solution than the new JEvents option.
