TOPIC: am i getting relaible support after buying this product?

I have tried to contact you twic using the contact form, but now i'll post here.

First, i like what i am seeing very much, Great work. wishing u all the success and thank you for such wonderfull contrubution to joomla world.

My concerns:

1. Payment Gate ways: it seems there is no international Payment gateway implemented with this component. I see that you are including authorize.net but not thier wider global service cybersource.com so why not considering adding this to make life easier for us whom using international/global gateways.

2. let's say i want some custom work, is there a place where i can submit my request which i am willing ofcourse to pay for it.

That's all for now and it's what delying me to decide on buying the product.

Hello. We did respond to your email prior to this forum post. Besides, you emailed us on Sunday (at least it was Sunday for us!). Email was responded to Monday morning which is of course very acceptable. Anyway... we take great pride in our support. For custom projects, there is not a special form for that, but you can send us details via email as you did and we'll go from there. Custom projects are done based on availability.
