TOPIC: Summary Function Fees Breakdown

Hello,
there are two more questions I would like to post to you:

1. is it possible to get an overview about the single participant' s annual paid fees?
e.g. in 2008 Mr. Bert Meier had participated in following courses: Seminar 1 (€ 295,00), Seminar 2 (€ 305,00) and Seminar 3 (€ 180,00): He has spent total € 780,00 and has reached the silver level qualifying him for a certain discount on seminars he will book in 2009...

2. is there a function that gives me a sum-up of the total fees in a course? e.g. i have 25 participants with different fees in seminar 1, the fees' volumen acoount for €.....

The way to gather this type of information would be in the CSV export utility. You would first select which event(s) to gather data from, then you would select which data fields to include in the export.

For the single participant, you'd have to export data for all appropriate events, then when viewing the export data in a program like Excel, you can sort by the participant name and see all data for them.

To see the total income of a specific event, just export data from that event, view the file in Excel and have it calculate a total of all fees paid for that event.

If you want a tally of people that responded to custom fields, there is a module at http://joomlamo.com/joomlamo/products/other-joomla-extensions/dt-register-tally-fields.html that will present the sum of responses to custom fields.
