I am just wondering which of the above mentioned version of DTH Reg I shall purchase. Where is the difference?

Hello. There is no functionality difference. The only difference is the developer license provides support for use on multiple websites instead of just one. Also, the developer license gets 2 years of updates where the regular only gets one year of updates. Thanks.
