My site will have paypal only payment. I need to know from where do I get the details to run my reports? From PayPal or My site? The site is not live yet so cannot test.

All registration records will be viewable in the backend under "Registration Records". You can also do a CSV Export of all current registrations. The export shows all of the transaction data you would need for records.
