TOPIC: eWay and Pay Pal Redirect for credit card entry

Hi,
do the eWay and Pay Pal modules submit the credit card details directly to the payment processor, or are the details routed through the joomla module?

I ask because our server is not PCI DSS certified so we're looking for an option such as the eWay hosted payment site where the credit card details are input directly to their site and never touches ours.

When using PayPal, credit card details are not entered within your site at all. The user is redirected to PayPal to handle it there, then return to your site. For eWay, both options are supported. It can be set to work like PayPal OR you can use the option to handle everything within your site. Thanks!
