Hello. Your users can register for any event that you give them access to of course... but if you are talking about data auto-populating into the form fields... just using the core Joomla user system, the only auto-populated data would be the name and email address. We do not have a method of syncing the fields with the new custom user field options in Joomla yet... only with CB and JomSocial at this time.
