TOPIC: Discount question

Hi,
I have couple of questions before purchase:

1. we are association of custom brokers. In our site we have lot of registered user, some of them are association member (they pay member fee). These members have special discount for all our events. Can DT Register manage such type of discount?

2. we use 3 event status.
Planned: users already can register to this event. Only year and month of start date is definer. No end date.
Confirmed: Once we have certain amount of registered users, status is changed to confirmed, users still can register. Exact start day and end day is specified.
Canceled: Event is canceled.
Is it possible to accomplish such a thing with DT Register?
