TOPIC: Registration of registerd users

Hello,

I master the website of en "club " with 60 members, all those menbers are registerd users
1 or 2 times in an month we organize events where the members can "book" (= comfirm their presence,)

Is it possible to do that without asking for names, email adresses (the attendants are registerd) and No payment ?

The only thing I need is an form where they fill in the number of persons and eventually the names of people the have invited
(It must be possible to make additional fields where people can fill in data)
Members must be able to change their booking, and must be able to see who else is attending

Hello! Few items here...

1) User can login and go to our User Panel to make changes, cancellations, additional payments, etc... based on what you activate for the event.

2) You can setup a profile sync with Community Builder or JomSocial so the logged in user will have their name, email and any other fields you sync to auto-populate data from the profile into the registration form.

3) A name and email is required for every registration. All other fields are optional and you can make as many fields as you need.

4) When registering groups, you can do "Simple" or "Detailed" group registrations. Simple would just give a number of registrants, then have the final group billing page. If you have no payment, it would serve as just a group contact. You can change any labels like "Billing Information" as needed in the language file. For Detailed, each member of the group would have a page in the form for whatever data you need to collect from them. The name and email is only required on the group billing/main contact page.

5) There is a frontend attendees list that can be enabled per event showing who is registered. You set who has access to that list and what data it shows.
