TOPIC: One Event Multiple Locations

I have a client that needs a solution to manage events at over 80 locations for just one event. Is this possible?

Is your software able to run attendance records on each of the locations.

Can your soft have one event over several days with each day charging a different base price with an option to give discounts and early bird adjustments.

Hello! The answer is yes AND no so let me clarify...

The only way to run attendance records for each location would be to set an event separate for each location. This is what you are going to want anyway. You can create the one event, then make copies of it for each location.

For the pricing, you would just set the start/end date range for the event to cover all days... then use our powerful selection fields to give pricing options. For example, say it's a 3 day event. Create a checkbox like:

Please select which days you will attend:
- Day 1
- Day 2
- Day 3

Assign a value of $50 to each checkbox so the pricing is calculated based on how many days or selected. You can also put a limit on each day so only X number of people can choose each day.
