The problem is, each event that someone registers for may go to different PayPal addresses for payment. For example, if he was hosting training in Charlotte North Carolina, payment for that event would go to the Charlotte NC director's PayPal account. Same with any other training location.
In DT Register -> Pay Options you can create as many different payment configurations as needed... hence different PayPal accounts if needed. Then within the event, simply select which pay option to use for that event.
