We are currently building a website for a company that has camp enrolments and have come across three issues that we would love to know if DT Register can do.
1/ Is it possible that each Event "Camp" can have multiple price options and setup easily?
EG: Camp1 - 1 Day price = $50. 2 Day price = $200. 2 Day price = $300
2/ Providing the above can be done, then is it possible to create group bookings discounts on these?
EG: So a family comes along and Chooses Camp1. They have thee attending. They choose 2 Day Camp at $200 each. Will we be able to apply a discount as new users in the group are added?
Registrant 1 = $200. R2 = $150. R3 = $100. So a discount is applied as the numbers go up.
OR a total discount per Group may also be an option. So 2 users = 20%. 3 users = 25% and so on?
3/ Also providing option 1 is available, is there an option to have a deposit feature and then have a chance for that balance to be paid off online before the camp takes place?
Camp1: 2 Day Camp = $200. User pays $50 now on registration. They then have the option by a certain date can pay off the rest ($150) online.
Hello! DT Register can certainly be used for that type of site.
1) Yes, setup each camp as an event. Then you set pricing for each one... giving options in that "event" for different rates and such through fields... calculating the cost based on which days are selected, do they want a tshirt, etc.
2) You can setup group discounts on any event so the per person rate changes based on the number in the group. You can also add fees or discounts ($ or %) through fields also.
3) Yes! You can setup partial payments per event... which can be a fixed deposit amount or a user input amount with a minimum given by you. Then logged in users can come back and use our User Panel which shows registration history, and gives the ability to make payments, changes or cancellations... based on what features you enable for that event.
No, partial payments do not calculate as % at this time. You can set a required partial payment, which would be a fixed deposit amount. Or you can do an optional partial payment which allows the user to enter the amount to pay, but you provide a minimum amount that is accepted.
