TOPIC: updating with new releases

hi there. i understand that i can download all the updates for a year after i purchase my license. are these updates easy to install? will the installation wipe out all the pre-determined settings from the old version?

Upgrades are not difficult to run... and they never drop any of your existing settings or data. The package does include step-by-step instructions for upgrading and will tell you if any extra steps are ever needed. In most cases, a simple uninstall / reinstall does the trick

So then after a year, if I needed updates, would I then have to buy the extension again?

Yes. That would be your call as to if you needed or wanted ongoing updates and support.
