We need to get attendees' names for both groups and individuals. Often registrations are done so far in advance the registrant doesn't know the names of the attendees (especially for large groups). We have a deadline to add them. Sometimes they change them.

1) Is there a way to handle this in DTRegister?
2) As Administrator, will be able to change whatever is entered there?
3) Can we cut off the ability of registrants to enter attendees at a certain point? (the point at which we print out lists and name tags).

You would be setting up "Detailed" group registration, which has you collect info for each group member. You set what info is collected for each member. There is a place where you can configure a message that shows at the top of the registration form. I'd suggest putting instruction there that says something like "If you do not know the names of all of your members, enter UNAVAILABLE for the name field"... or whatever you want it to say. That way you at least have the members created. The admin can edit/add/delete group members at any time. The user can also do that through our frontend user panel. Be aware that using the user panel will require login... so if this is going to be a regular need, you'll want to setup events to require the user to login prior to registration, or at least make it required to create the user login during registration if they are not already logged in (which is a feature that can be enabled per event).

Then the user can login, go to the user panel, and edit the group... modifying group member names and info... adding members... deleting members...

Thanks.
