partially I agree with you. I am extremely happy with DT-Register and Nathan is very, very friendly and motivated in helping in case of problems.
Unfortunately it seems that Nathan just has "too much work". Answers need a long time, and I have some tickets open since years. Maybe some of my problems with DT-Register would have solved since a long time if this "old bugs" would be solved.
However, there are some things that I really, really would love to see in terms of "support". For example: The Ticket-system is definitely not the best one. Also the forum is not that spectacular.
If I imagine having a good ticekt-system, having maybe a Component like JA-Voice in the back and clearly solving issues IN THE FORUM, so that solutions of any kind are open to public view, this would make life much easier.
However, Nathan just mailed me a day ago that he will have a look why the upgrade does not work for me. My experiance is, that when Nathan "is on", then he really solves it, so I am hoping that he will solve it.
