TOPIC: New DT Register 3.1.4 Updates

Recently, DT Register 3.1.4 (and 2.8.15 for Joomla 2.5) was released, and all users were notified. However, today we have updated the package to address a few fixes. Now it is 3.1.4a and 2.8.15b. Items addressed are:

Joomla 3.x Version:
- Fixed frontend event management issue when SEF is enabled.
- Fixed issue for the ACY Mailing Subscriber plugin. The plugin itself was also updated.
- Fixed issue where the new archive data tables were not being created in some cases, causing archived data to not be visible.
- Fixed issue in location popup window where errors showed on some sites.
- Fixed issue with Upload field type and also added a new progress bar so it's clear to users that their upload is taking place.

Both Joomla 3.x and 2.5 Versions:
- Modified the new Authorize.net security certificate changes to address an issue that only has been seen on one site so far, but just to be safe.
- Fixed issue where conditional fields were not loading IF a user was not logged in AND auto user creation was enabled. (2.5 only)

We've made a couple more updates to this package series... updating to 3.1.4b for Joomla 3.x and 2.8.15c for Joomla 2.5.

Both Joomla 3.x and 2.5 Versions:

- Made an additional fix/change to the Authorize.net integration to further address the recent required changes.

Joomla 3.x Version Only:

- Fixed frontend email registrants tool so users can only select events they have moderator access to for sending out emails.
- Fixed event management issue where late fee and early bird discount dates were saving a default 1970 date if nothing was entered.
