TOPIC: DT Register 3.0.8 / 2.8.12 Updates

Since the release of 3.0.8 and 2.8.12 for DT Register, we've addressed a few items and updated the package to 3.0.8a and 2.8.12a. Changes include:

- Made enhancements to the new conditional fields per event options added in the last update, making it less likely for you to mistakenly disable your conditional fields! The conditional fields will now function as default unless you specify anything else.
- Fixed iDeal Mollie (J!3.x)
- Fixed Authorize.net SIM display of debug data during redirect (J!3.x)
- Fixed Authorize.net AIM response parsing that could affect some accounts
- Fixed saving of record amounts when using comma separator instead of period
- Fixed frontend category management issues (J!2.5)

Also, we've added two new payment gateways, which are DPS PxPay and SagePay (UK). These are both in final testing now, but are included in this package update.
