In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we have put together a new DT Register package for you in the new version 2.7.11. Not only have known issues been resolved, but some great new features and improvements are included also... including a new MailChimp integration plugin! We believe what you will read below is more reason to give thanks this season!
- Added new calendar time format parameter so you can set a 12 or 24 hour format to be applied to the Week and Day views.
- Added two new menu item options: Events by Location and Events by Moderator. These will give you a list of events filtered by a location or a moderator.
- Added additional checks in the registration process needed for sites with large numbers of users that sometimes experienced overbooking when many users were all registering at the same time. Now, the capacity is checked at various points and if the capacity is reached during your registration process, the user is notified. They'll either be returned to the list of events, or have the option to continue registering for the waiting list if that is enabled.
- Added changes to support the new MailChimp Subscriber plugin (details below)
- Modified user panel so the Edit and Cancel options are not automatically dropped until the event is OVER, instead of after it starts.
- Modified image uploads to allow for capital file extensions.
- Modified all location filter dropdowns so the locations are ordered by name.
- Modified the frontend attendee's list so the firstname and lastname fields also link to the user's profile when that is enabled.
- Fixed issue in the user panel to prevent groups from adding new members to the group when the event capacity has been reached.
- Fixed issue in calendar causing event titles to show NULL when special language characters were used.
- Fixed the "All Events" parameter for discount codes so when a new code is created and set for all events, all of your existing events correctly have the new code activated.
- Fixed free events issue in the shopping cart in Joomla 1.6/1.7.
- Fixed problem with adding new members to a group in the user panel in Joomla 1.6/1.7.
- Fixed backend manual group registration in Joomla 1.6/1.7 so barcodes are created and the send email checkbox works correctly.
- Fixed some styling issues and admin icons in Joomla 1.6/1.7.
- Fixed the event image upload issue which occurred for Italian language users.
- Fixed display of terms & conditions, mostly issue happened when the SEF suffix was enabled.
- Fixed user panel partial payments so it defaults to a full payment and doesn't allow you to enter an amount unless you select that radio button. More removing user confusion than anything here.
- Other miscellaneous fixes and improvements were made throughout.
- For those that are behind on updates, see the announcements category in the forum to see other items that were added or fixed in other previous updates.
- New version tested with the latest Joomla 1.5.25 and 1.7.3.
NOTE: There are new database elements so just updating files will not complete this upgrade. You need to do a reinstall.

Where can I download these updates??
Glad you asked... Login to our site, go to My Orders. Next to your order details you will see a Download link. This link always pulls the latest package that is available. You have access to this link for one year from purchase. If your order is no longer active, you would need to make a new purchase to get any further updates. After downloading the update, be sure to follow the upgrade instructions in the readme file.
