TOPIC: DT Register 2.7.5c update

We have now updated the package to 2.7.5c to address a few fixes:

- Fatal error when creating events and locations with images
- Uploading images for event / location was failing
- The red validation X image was not showing in Safari. Fix made in the main.css file to correct this.
- Frontend notification email for event editing was sending the email notice for event creation.
