??? Is it required to have a business-level PayPal account in order to accept payments? I suspect that a personal account can only accept payments from other PayPal accounts, but you need to have some kind of business-level such as "Website Payments Standard" to accept straight, non-paypal, credit card payments. Is that correct?

I would suggest a business account as it is not going to cost you anything monthly still. You don't need to sign up for anything that costs you monthly. Thanks.
