Is it possible that only member can book ?

I organize outings for my members, which require cars. some of them have one, the other no, is it possible that a personn, who has a car and register for the visits, can generate 4 places for those who do not have car.

I want to know if it\'s possible to create differents categories of evenements and if it\'s possible to make a link forward these categories without see the others categories
