TOPIC: Satifaction?

I am looking at purchasing your components for a site that I am developing but because of the negative comments and your list of known errors, if this component doesn't work with my site, is there a full money refund? Jason ???

Hello. There is not a refund as the components DO work. Many people are using these components without problems. Those who have posted negative reviews are about 90% USER ERROR. Those with issues have been in the minority. Install issues almost always are due to server problems on their end... setup problems are usually because the user didn't do something right. Regardless, we are here to help and are happy to do so. Thanks for your interest!

DTDonate is a great component. I had issues with it hanging in IE and the support team was more than helpful in getting the bug fixed. Their response time is impeccable.
