TOPIC: edit donation form, configure SSL

even though we have most recent version of DT Donate using Joomla 1.5, I cannot edit form to eliminate brackets and widen columns so donation amount name is on one line.
I do NOT have anything entered in donation preset description.
Does anyone else have this problem and how did you solve it?

On SSL, we purchased a certificate but even after seeing tutorial cannot figure out how to set it up.

Can someone please help with these 2 issues?
