TOPIC: Error when using DTDonate recurring billing option

I am working on getting DTDonate up and running on my site ( www.him-usa.org ) and have run into a snag. The credit card payment option is working fine. However, when I try to process a recurring billing transaction, I am directed to a page that displays this message (the dotted lines are an input box)

I am running both DTDonate eCheck and Authorize.net in Live mode (I have tried transactions in test mode, as well.

I am not sure how to further troubleshoot.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
