TOPIC: Error message during installation.

I\'ve tried to install DT Donate several times and I get this error message and I don\'t believe it works. Here is the error I get every time.

Any help would be great. The only thing I noticed after this install is that I can\'t create custom fields or anything and since I haven\'t used this component successfully in the past I don\'t know what else is not working.
