TOPIC: E-Check Error

Hey there,

I was doing some live testing today (thanks for the support on previous issues!) and I came across this e-check error when I submitted.

This transaction failed due to an error in application. Please notify the site administrator and provide the text that is displayed below:
Reason :This eCheck.Net type is not allowed

Any thoughts?

1. Yes I have the E-check service.
2. Yes it is enabled on the back end.

First thought would be that either the checking info used to make payment wasn\'t completely correct or the account info in the settings is not correct. The security of your authorize.net account could be set in such a way that if the address provided doesn\'t match exactly with what was entered, that it won\'t allow it to process.

If you want to submit a support ticket, include joomla admin info and we\'ll run some tests to help determine the issue. Thanks.
