TOPIC: Use only the paypal option

Hi,

we use only the paypal option at this time. My question is: Can i use the form (name, adress...) without the required fields, in such way i have optional fields only? And how can i delete the no needed fields? At the end i need a form with a few (name,email) fields and a few additional fields and paypal as the only payment option. Hope you understand, what i mean.
It this possible?

It is not currently available in DT Donate to hide the standard fields in the form. We plan on having these type of abilities in the next release.

You CAN use PayPal only for payments. That option is on the Settings page. If you can\'t find it, let us know. Thanks.

If I add extra fields, can I turn them off and not use them without messing things up and having to start over.

Our module is working, so I\'m a little hesitant to adding
custom fields. Also, can I have custom fields but only use them
for a type of donation? We have 3 or 4 types of donations that require different fields of information.

Hello. You can create custom fields and unpublish or delete them if you do not want to use them. That would be fine.

You can not have certain custom fields show for certain donations because there is only one donation form... you don\'t setup a donation for X and then another donation for Y, etc. You donate... period... custom fields can be used to specify specific donation types.
