TOPIC: [SOLVED] bundle ticket registration with name per ticket.

I need to have a event for people to sign up for that includes the following
4 tickets
1 text field per ticket that is the name of the person for the ticket

Then another event that has the following...
8 tickets
1 text field per ticket that is the name of the person for each ticket.


Can this be done?

This could be done in two ways, assuming you need to set a minimum group number to 4 and 8, you will need version 2.7.0... as you can't set a minimum group number in 2.6.x.

1) Do a Simple group registration. Make fields for each member name and set them to show on the group billing page.

2) Do a Detailed group registration. Set the installed First Name and Last Name fields only to show on the group member pages for your event. Then the user would enter name for member 1, then next page... name for member two, etc.

I'd say #1 is probably the best route to go. Just a difference in process for the user... as well as how the data is stored.

I think i have done that now.. eyes feel like they are gonna pop and testing now...
