Hello,
I have two sites that now has been updated to version 2.7 from 2.6.9 . I got a MySQL error when installing (only on one of the sites).

“You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT' at line 1 SQL=ALTER TABLE `jos_dtregister_group_event` CHANGE `slabId` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT”.

I cannot seem to create new events. On the first site, I can create an event but there is no event id and I cannot open and edit the event (get Internal Server error when saving the changes). On the second site, the event is not created at all.

I have been in contact with the host regarding the MySQL error but they are referring to problems with the component (DT Register). Will there be an updated version out soon, since I have seen that many has experienced MySQL errors? And will that fix the problems I have with saving new events?

Thanks!
Malin

Please update to the latest 2.7.0c package. With the latest release, you should have no issue saving events as long as the data you have entered is valid. Make sure you have BOTH a start date and end date with a time on both. If save doesn't work, look through each of the tabs for any red X icon showing a field setting that is not being accepted.

As I stated in my ticket .
I have joomla 1.5.22
Using DT Register 2.7d
On a clean install to my site
( Its not live so i just restored the backup through a,b,c now on d )
In the original one . Just plain 2.7 i could save events
Since 2.7a any event I create in joomla DT Reg Cpanel
Wont save when crating it in google chrome ( It will save in Firefox ). I click on the Save or apply button and the screen just flickers for a sec but thats it .
I got an error on install . Copied it to my clipboard but its gone now :(
It said there was an error , something about migration.php around line 282 or something.
Problem I see there is DT Reg has never been on this site in any way or form before . I have my site backed up because we were waiting for 2.7 before we put it on .
Been through most settings so far and my only prob SO FAR is trying to save an Event
Just wont happen in google chrome.......
As I told you about this in the ticket back on 2.7a i thought it would have been fixed
Or am I missing something???

Anyway , After creating an event in firefox
I signed up as a group ( 2 )
It showed me 2 details pages i filled in ( Both the same , could be confusing to users ) and then got the user reg page for joomla
After that i got this
Registration: Sign on (26.11.2010 09:08 PM - 27.11.2011 09:08 PM)
Deposit Amount ( Minimum Deposit =
Fatal error: Call to undefined method DtHtml::displayRate() in /home/southpor/public_html/components/com_dtregister/views/event/tmpl/confirm.php on line 38

On a blank white page
Thoughts?

Yes, there is an issue with Google Chrome editing... working on it. Please get the latest 2.7.0e for many fixes, including the fatal error mentioned above. Thanks.
