In the backend of my client's installation some of the records in the custom fields are missing..
There are a series of 8 custom fields with 5 aerial selections (values) for each field.
When a user selects a field/value in the front end they receive notification of their selection in their confirmation email - likewise my client does also.. And it is fine..
However, in the back-end the records do not show for some of the values in some of the fields..
So my client is trying to add some of the selections that user's have made (which are not showing) but now they are not also saving!
The problem appears to be happening to the same values in each field.
Please can someone out there help us - My client is becoming increasing anxious.
I am using the latest version of 2.6.9 and the latest version of Joomla..
(I submitted a support ticket during last week but have not yet heard back from DT Reg)
Just encountered this bug with DTR 2.7.1d.
It only happens with the records of members of a group. Some of the data is lost after registration (like the title field for example) and even if I try to change the data in the back-end, it doesn't save :shock:
Nathan, can you tell us if this bug will be fixed in 2.7.2 ?
