Thanks for your patience everyone. Some of the issues mentioned would have to be unique to your site, so make sure you have a ticket. We are swamped with tickets currently so are behind, but are digging through them as quickly as possible.
A new 2.7.0e will be released today addressing all known issues that we have verified. Keep an eye out. Finishing that update now.
An event that has a Cut-off date set to yesterday, is still open for registration.
I just upgraded to 2.7.0h.
The Cut-off Date still does not work.
Our customers can click the 'CLOSED' button to register.
Are there solutions to this issue?
Thanks!
fswtp1a - we actually just now updated the 2.7.0h package with a couple more fixes... one of which is this one. Download again and reinstall. You'll see in the list of installed components it will now show as 2.7.0h.2.
It's hard to keep up to date with the changes and updates.
Just seconds ago I've upgraded to version "h".
Now there is a version "h.2"?
Honestly not trying to be synical, but should I wait with upgrading until there is a version "h.3"?
One more serious remark is that when exporting to a CSV file (using all events, all fields, and after migrating the "roll-back" data) it seems that the fields have "jumped".
Meaning that (e.g.) under the header "email", there is a zipcode.
And one mandatory field seems to be missing (I asked for VAT numbers, and they are not in the registration records).
The last package was updated again because we found and fixed a couple other significant items. Thought people might want them added to the package. Maybe we should have sat on them a few days until a bigger update? Anyway... there was another CSV adjustment made in the .2 update also. Get that latest package. If you still have this CSV issue you just described, put it in a ticket.
It's not hard to keep up with what the latest package is. We post a new thread for each one in the announcements area... we post on Twitter, Facebook and the people.joomla.org site in the DTH Development club.
