TOPIC: Not Pulling Events for Next Year from JEvents

I have entered several events for next year, some occur in Januanry 2011. When I attempt to setup a new event in DT Register, the events do no show in the select event dropdown. I set up a test event in JEvents for next month, Dec 2010 and it is pulled in. It appears that DT Register is not comparing the year.

Also, I cannot find a screen to renew our support contract. Do I just place a new order?

Unless you have an old version with some issues going on, there should be no problem 2011 events. Lots of people of course have events setup for 2011. Get updated, then if you still have an issue, submit a ticket.

You are right... there is no renewal link. You just make a new purchase. Thanks!
