Hi,

I am trying to understand how a members "My Records" operates. I have carried out a number of different scenarios eg archiving an event, deleting an event, unpublishing an event. I have checked the Records list in the back end and though the record no longer exists there (especially when I have deleted the actual event).

In every scenario, the members My Record in the front end still shows those records. It will mean that for the next umpteenth years despite whether events are archived, deleted or whatever, the members My Record will be full of no longer required records.

How/can the My record update?

This is important to me..I have another two sites on which I would like to put DT Register. I am reluctant to purchase any other licences for the product unless I have an understanding of this issue.

Cheers
