TOPIC: [SOLVED] Reg. Form will not advance

Hi all, after user info is filled out on the registration form on our site, you click Next Step but nothing happens? Any idea why it won't advance to the next step? thanks, Sean

I've got the same issue but I'm hoping for a release in a couple of days as I'm not really pressed to place the component yet.

I've got the same issue with package 2.7.0b and as well with 2.7.0c after updating!
Yesterday i took a support ticket. I hope they can fix it quickly because no one can register for any event at the moment.

I get the following error when I click Next after filling out the registration form on the website:

Fatal error: Call to a member function load() on a non-object in [webroot]\libraries\joomla\user\user.php on line 597

This was happening with 2.7.0 as well as 2.7.0a and still happening with 2.7.0c.

I tried it with an upgraded install from 2.6.9 and also with a totally fresh install of 2.7 but I always get the same Fatal error when I click the Next button.

I have logged a ticket 3 days ago and I really hope this is treated with high priority because as is, this component is unusable.

I have same problem on 2.7.0.d

I've turned off all validation and captcha, but the "next step" button doesn't respond to clicks.

Submitting a support ticket, bit freaked - event / site due live today!
