Hi,

I'm using DT register for one of my clients and they are reporting a problem where they are receiving registration emails and payments from authorize.net however when you go into the Registration records the record of that registration is no where to be found. It does not happen all the time just randomly. Any Ideas??

Thanks

They would not receive any email from DT Register unless the record WAS created. So if they are getting BOTH the notification from DT Register and the Authorize.net receipt (which that's what it sounds like from your post), then they are simply not seeing the record. Maybe it's a filter thing? At this point, all I can do is guess.

Also, if an older version of DT Register is in place, you should upgrade them to make sure no bug is affecting them.

Thanks for the reply,

I have asked and they do not believe they are getting emails from DT Register. Also they report that one of the customers was put in manually as a pay at the door customer. I did check the filters and there were no filters set to cause them not to be able to see the customer.

Also we are using the latest version of DT register.

You should set error reporting to Maximum and see if you can get an errors to generate on screen to give some clues. Also, try to determine by the amount paid what custom fields were probably used during registration. Maybe the issue can be tracked down to a particular field. If that custom field somehow is not existing in the database table where user records are stored, it would keep the record from not being created if data is attempted to be stored in that field. I would think it would be something like that as some records are created and some are not.

Did you confirm that some frontend registrations used Authorize.net and records were created fine?
