Hi there. I have registrants signing up for my event, but on the backend, I'm only seeing the default fields for each record, and none of the custom fields I created. How do I change that? Thanks....

Custom fields are never included in the list of records. The fields shown are hard-coded. When you click on a record however, you can view the FULL details of the record, and edit if needed. Same for group members.

In the upcoming 2.7, you can assign which fields are shown in records lists.

After spending about an hour trying to make something using Fabrik... I thought I'd see if there was a solution to this... and VOILA!

Thanks.

Would be even more awesome if I could choose what field is the default sort field AND... if the fields were only shown if they were applicable to the event you were displaying.

For example I have say two events... and they have "mostly" the same fields but two that are only specific to each event.
When I show registrants both fields are shown as a heading for both events, even though they are empty for one or the other.

So... I was just about to hit SUBMIT to this question when I discovered that you've already done it.
The key is to make sure your event has the field you don't need set to NONE rather than DEFAULT.

Great work guys

The default sort field would be nice though
