We need help troubleshooting our payments through Authorize.net

We recently moved to a new server, and all of our transactions are coming back as declined. After numerous attempts at settings, such as test mode in both DT Register and test mode in Authorize.net, we have exhausted our different test combinations.

Additionally, we have updated the transaction key, which normally powers through these situations.

None of our tests are registering in DT Registered as failed. Its as if they don't exist or are not being written to the database.


At this point, we are considering connectivity as our next lead. We have an ecommerce application on the server that also cannot connect to Authorize.net and throws this error.

Order processing error !
Payment processor declined your order: Can't connect to https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
Please review your data and try again

QUESTION: How do we test if our DT Register's ability to connect to Authorize.net?
