Hello, this may be more of a joomla oriented question, but I will ask anyway.

My company will have multiple events. We will want each event we make to have a different template and some of these events need to have multiple pages.

What is the best way to go about creating an event that has subpages?

For instance one event we just ran ( without this software ), we had contact us, conference details, transportation, agenda, and summary pages. Each of these pages had plenty of unique content.

Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance for any help :)

If you have links to tutorials of any sort this will help me a lot, I don't even know what joomla is capable of yet, yet alone dtregister.

I think I see ... is the best solution to just install fresh joomla + dtregister in a subfolder for each event we make?

The only way to have a different template, different site navigation, etc per event would be individual installs like you said. Within one Joomla site, each event would show within the same joomla site template as they would share the same Itemid.

Be sure to check out our video tutorials... link is in the site header.
