TOPIC: DTR Images and CSS

After upgrading com to 2.6.9 and reinstalling plug 2.6.4 DTR images have stopped showing. The problem seems to be that DTR images are only being given relative links while all other site image are getting full url's.

This happens with plugin registration links as well. If you look at the following link and reveal the source where the Register Now Icon should be at the bottom of the page you will find the plugin has done it's job but without proper reference to the image. Ignore the register now icon at the top of the page as that was placed there manually.

I know we have been through this before after upgrading but I can not remember what the fix was. I vaguely remember it being a js confict with the fix maybe being a patch to the site template?

We also just noticed that on to DTR component home page DTR is not finding it's own CSS file.

Update

I realized that the event headed message only shows up after a registrants selects Individual or Group. Not a bug, just a "feature". Will post a wish list item on this as having the form header message before the Individual or group choice is an option to explain the option.


We have worked around the Register now button problem by CSS styling the text link plugin option.

We still have the problem of the DTR main page not finding it's own CSS.

Your problem is SEF related. See your site at this url:

No problems. If you have a 3rd party SEF component, which it appears you do, it must be set to "Skip" DT Register. Do that, then remove any stored urls that it has generated for DT Register.

Actually we are using stock, unmodified Joomla SEF with .htaccess

Is the a router.php somewhere? I didn't see one.

I can add the DTR main.css to the template css but that kinda kludgy.....

Might check your permissions. Make sure directories are 755 and files inside are 644. If permissions are not good, it could cause the images and/or CSS files to not be accessible. There are no bugs to this nature.
