TOPIC: Text editor doesn't work

I'm using the tinyMCE text editor and the message boxes for entering text don't work at all - won't take my cursor and the editing toolbar doesn't look like the one in the video tutorial. Do I need to install JCE or some other text editor?

TinyMCE is garbage... I don't see the point in EVER using it personally. Install JCE. It's free and a million times better. You should be good with that. Some servers have issues with TinyMCE and DT Register as it can't handle everything needed by DT Register. Also, make sure your Joomla is updated too.
