TOPIC: Custom Thank You Message Does Not Show

Inside of the event, on the "Messages" tab, under "Custom Thank You Message: " I have included text and set "Enable this message:" to Yes

When the user completes the registration, an eMail gets sent. However, they just see a "blank screen" - ie no thank you message.

I need to know how to show the Custom Thank You message.

Is there a setting I am missing?

There are two custom onscreen messages... the main one shows for all registrations EXCEPT for Pay Later transactions. If Pay Later was used, there is a separate message to configure. If you're getting a blank message, then you have not configured the message that is being used.
