I encounter the issue, that when cancelling an registration in the backend, I do not receive the "cancellation" notification on the admin mail.
It works fine when cancellation is done in the frontend by the user itself.
It would be great to get the notification mail also when the backend is used.
Currently, the backend is not setup to send an email notification for cancellations. I guess we figured that if YOU are making the cancellation that YOU don't need to be notified that it was done Maybe we can add a parameter for this to give the option. Anyone else interested in that?
we process about 100 registrations a week. None of them use pay advance but pay later. Some clients call in by phone. So someone cancels in the backend for the client. This happens very often in one week. For all the cancelled emails we have to create invoices, which is a seperate step done at different time. In that case it is very hard to remember all the cancellations one did (as there are so many). So it would be great to keep track of what happened by having a mail too
Pretty please
I also would like to see this feature. We have a single web site that handles registrations for events in different states. We have "registrars" in the state that handle local items. It would be nice to include them them with an email notice just like the "Send new registration notification emails to" field allows multiple email addresses.
